Service Contract

The following contract is a standard online service contract. This contract does not include special services such as Co-Location, Dedicated Hosting, Virtual Server and special coverage. In these services, written contracts are made with our customers and the terms and details in written contracts are valid.

Contract Details

1. Parties

1.1 This contract includes the Hosting Internet Services (referred to as RizeDC) which provides the services specified in the services section (referred to as the Services) and the person / institution (referred to as Customer) specified in the details in the New Customer registration section. The use of the internet site (referred to as “Site”) operating on the Internet at rizedc.com and the services to be purchased through this site shall be made by the following terms and conditions.

2.1 The contract will arrange the fees that the parties will pay to RizeDC for the services they will receive in accordance with their preferences in their orders, in the transactions made by the customer, in their orders, in the messages they send, in accordance with the information given in the registration process. 2.2 Membership information is the information entered by the customer during membership. Since this information will be taken as basis for the transactions made, it is assumed that the customer and the member have entered this information correctly and correctly.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 RizeDC will provide the services that the customer transmits on request. By accepting the order, RizeDC will assume that it has collected the relevant fee and promise to give the service specified in the order.

3.2 The RATEDC shall declare the VAT differences in the form of payment by the total amount to be issued during the order and the fees that the customer must pay according to their monthly or annual payment preferences.

3.3 After acceptance of the order and approval of the transactions, RizeDC will transmit the control panel, ftp, sql and e-mail usernames and passwords related to the service detailing the customer order detail to the customer and service will be started. Responsibility for the accounts and passwords is the responsibility of the customer and the customer will be liable for the damages that may arise from these matters.

3.4 The customer undertakes to comply with the declaration and reminder received by RizeDC in the service provided. The customer declares, accepts and undertakes to comply with any notice or notice posted by RizeDC while using the hosting account. The Customer shall not distribute or sell the services provided free of charge and unrestricted to the third parties, whether paid or free of charge, and / or limited or unlimited, in the possession service.

3.5 Customer undertakes to not access any files or programs that it does not have access to using the software and programs that it has in its service and to avoid any problems due to such a problem and to meet the problems and problems that may arise.

3.6 Customer acknowledges and agrees that the taxes, duties and similar obligations that are in effect during the use of the domain name, hosting, or services it receives or that will go into effect during the contract are their own.

3.7 The Customer acknowledges that the Services may be terminated as part of the shared hosting services, as the Website creates excessive system overload and may cause such disruption to other RizeDC customers’ services.

3.8 The customer agrees that the service will be automatically stopped during the quota overrides for any type of service purchased. The quota overrun will be arranged according to the scope and content of the purchased service and will be communicated to the customer by the RizeDC team. The information and values ​​to be communicated shall be deemed valid according to the scope of Article 3.4.

3.9 Customer agrees and undertakes that all data, documents and programs he or she owns and is responsible for all transactions and uses of the website and e-mail services that he or she holds within his or her customer service shall be liable to him for all civil and criminal liability arising out of the illegal use of such data, information and statements . RizeDC accepts no responsibility for any problems that may arise in this matter. RizeDC does not take any responsibility for pages that are not audible, verifiable, endorsed or made by the user before being sent to the pages. RizeDC may terminate your account because it violates these guidelines or for any other reason or because you believe that RizeDC is harmful to either you or any of its users. 3.10 RizeDC shall not be liable for any material or moral damages that may be incurred from the erroneous use of customer data contained in the service that it provides, data contents, all data used by e-mail.
