Technical support services are provided monthly. Your service will be suspended by the end of the month if no payment is made. The number of services provided may vary between the number of staff and active working hours. Please contact us to purchase the service. If you do not have an active service (hosting, vps, vds, dedicated server), you cannot purchase Technical Support. Level 3 and 4 in the SSL supply of a paid product to be purchased and the establishment of Rapid SSL. Upon request, the SSL certificate fee is 18 USD per year and the fee is billed separately from the technical support service.
