RizeDC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms, harm the infrastructure, affect other customers or create legal risk.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Paying service invoices on time

Customers are fully responsible for all activities performed through their accounts, servers or hosting services.
Payments and Invoices
Services are activated after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated. Renewal payments must be completed before the due date to avoid service suspension or termination.
Unpaid services may be suspended, restricted or deleted according to RizeDC’s billing policies. RizeDC is not responsible for data loss caused by unpaid or expired services.
Service Suspension and Termination

Customers should regularly back up websites, databases, emails, software files and critical business data.
Service Availability
RizeDC aims to provide stable and continuous service availability. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hardware failures, network issues, security incidents, force majeure events or third-party provider problems.
Planned maintenance may be announced in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when required for service security or stability.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not allowed on RizeDC services:
